• FIRM DESCRIPTION
In 1985 STUDIO RAI Architectural Design P.C. was created as an active and diversified architectural firm with a permanent staff of 14 design professionals. Since then, it has completed a wide range of commissions including libraries, commercial buildings and interiors , religious, adaptive reuse, preservation projects, feasibility studies, and master planning.

The firm is capable of working with diverse project scales from the designing and detailing furniture through urban design. Our philosophy has always been to combine design excellence with technical knowhow.

The content of STUDIO RAI's architecture is clearly influenced by the aesthetic and cultural impulses that are intrinsic to the particular occasion and place of a project. Context is the generating principle of a project, it includes not only the physical environment and site, but also the programmatic and functional requirements of the project and the historical and aesthetic imagery intrinsic to its place. The synthesis of all the elements of context creates a meaningful identity for the project.

Our clients have provided us with the most exhilarating aspect of our work; transforming vision into reality. We look forward to the continuation of these rewarding relationships and the creation of future collaborations.

Our experience with diverse projects has enabled the development of an in-house staff capable of executing all stages of projects, from conceptual design through construction.
